Terms & Conditions

Prices
All prices shown are in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current rate where applicable. Overseas purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and taxes required.

Stock
All items sold on this website should be in stock at time of ordering. We will endeavour to up-date availability and/or remove items that are not currently available. If you request an item and it is not currently in stock, we will endeavour to re-stock within 10 working days and advise you within 72 hours of ordering. You will be given the opportunity of placing a ‘back order’ and items will be despatched as soon as possible.

Telephone Ordering
If you prefer to place a telephone order or discuss your requirements, please contact us on 01563 822211 Tuesday to Saturday. We will accept telephone payment by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Solo and Visa Electron.

Payment Options
Our shopping cart is run by Stripe and PayPal - we accept major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express and Diners Club) for secure on-line payment. If you do not have a Stripe or PayPal account just follow the instructions on screen.

If you prefer to pay by cheque through the postal system please make cheques payable to Lotus Crystals and send to Lotus Crystals, 1 Polwarth Street, Galston, Ayrshire, KA4 8HG, Scotland, UK. On the back of your cheque please write your name, address, cheque guarantee card number, security number (last three digits on reverse of your card) and card expiry date. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until your cheque is cleared.

On-Line security
Please be advised that your Credit, Debit or Bank Account details will not be passed on to Lotus Crystals.

Delivery
Upon receipt of a cleared payment we will endeavour to dispatch orders within 3 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). You will be notified as soon as possible if we become aware of any delay in dispatching your goods. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will not normally be processed until the next working day. Orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail standard 3-5 day delivery. This does not however insure your items from postal loss or delay. Special delivery can be arranged at time of checkout and for normal delivery costs please refer to our checkout page. For other delivery options, including overseas delivery please contact us by e-mail for a quotation before placing an order.

Orders over £200 delivery Free.

(Excludes items weighing 30Kg or above as special delivery or Collection will be required).
We aim to deliver within 4 working days.

Orders weighing 30Kg or above will require Special delivery which may mean an additional cost to the customer. We would prefer orders 30Kg or above to be collected in person from the shop.

Non-Delivery
If you have not received your goods within 14 days of order confirmation please advise immediately by

e-mail.

Descirption & Quality of Goods
All of our minerals and crystals are hand selected by us to ensure they are all top quality. However we wish to point out that the items on our site are natural products and therefore there may be some minor variations in the goods received. Unless an item is marked as a "one off" or "Unique Item" we cannot guarantee to supply you with an exact piece. The examples shown in the photographs are typical of the items concerned. Each piece is individual and will slightly vary in size, shape and colour. Dimensions given are approximate. If there is something special you are looking for please e-mail us with your request and we will attempt to find it for you.

Damaged Goods
Whilst we will make every effort to protect goods in transit, if damage does occur you will receive either a replacement or a full refund. Notification must be made by e-mail within 3 working days. Damaged items must be returned to us and proof of postage must be obtained. Postage will be reimbursed.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of not being satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your own expense for a full refund (less original delivery cost). Refunds will be made within 30 days. Before any returns you must follow his procedure - contact us first either by email (info@lotuscrystals.co.uk) or by telephone on 01563 822211. Please remember to mark your package RETURNS. If we receive returned goods without this procedure being followed we will not be liable for any loss or damage. The customer must return the goods in their original condition and as far as practicable in the same packaging. All items must be returned via recorded delivery.

Lotus Crystals retain the right to change their Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
