In the unlikely event of not being satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your own expense for a full refund (less original delivery cost). Refunds will be made within 30 days. Before any returns you must follow this procedure - contact us first either by email (info@lotuscrystals.co.uk) or by telephone on 01563 822211. Please remember to mark your package RETURNS. If we receive returned goods without this procedure being followed, we will not be liable for any loss or damage. The customer must return the goods in their original condition and as far as practicable in the same packaging. All items must be returned via recorded delivery.
