This gentle energy will help us to recognise when we are becoming arrogant or have feelings of self importance. It is important to remember that our true state is oneness with All That Is. We are all equal to spirit. It also helps us to recognise that what we focus on we attract to ourselves. This is one of the fundamental laws of creation. This crystal helps us dissolve negative thoughts about our experiences. It is good to remember that all experience is valid in our reality. You can use this crystal to make links with the plant and mineral kingdoms. Its energy helps relieve fatigue, with stomach
unease and certain mineral and vitamin absorption.
